We are a three generation rabbitry. We are small yet very competitive at the national level. We are members of the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA), the Washington State Rabbit Breeders (WSRB), the American Tan Rabbit Specialty Club (ATRSC) and the National Tan Rabbit Club (NTRC) in England.

Everything we do is a family affair. Meg was the District One Director of the ATRSC from 2003 - 2005. Bonny is currently the District One Director. Bonny was the webmaster for the ATRSC from 1999 - 2004 and the Tan Tribune Editor from 2000 - 2004. Bonny is the current Editor of the Tribune and she just finished updating the ATRSC Guidebook. Bonny is the North American Representative for the NTRC. She's also one of the featured breeders in Bob Bennett's new rabbit book due out this spring, "Rabbit Housing: Planning, Building and Equipping Facilities for Raising Healthy Rabbits Humanely.".

It has been our privilege to win three Tan Nationals (BOB/BOSB 2004, BOB/BOS 2006 and BOS 2010) as well BOB at the 2008 ARBA Convention in addition to a very long list of BOV and BOSV wins at the ARBA Conventions. There was only one convention Bonny was not able to attend in the past 12 years - that would be the year we won BOB and missed seeing it ourselves.

The ATRSC represents and promotes the Tan rabbit. People come and go but the one thing that remains constant over the years is this beautiful rabbit. Our members come from all walks of life from all over the United States, Canada, Australia and England. We have members young and old(er). Some have no computer, some virtually live on their personal devices and there's everything inbetween. Some have never missed an ARBA Convention, some have never been to one. Members show at all levels with Tans... in 4H, at ARBA sanctioned shows and in perfomance venues (hopping). There is something for everyone in this club. Every member of the ATRSC has the right to vote - not just the members who attend the annual meeting at the ARBA Convention. There are a lot of things we can do to spread the word of Tans. How can we help you?

Bonny is running for President of the ATRSC. We think it's great there are two candidates (so far) who have declared their intentions to run for this office. Lots of comments have already been made on Facebook since announcing Bonny's intent to run. Mud slinging unfortunately has become the norm in American politics and sadly, it has bled over in to our hobby as well. HAVING A CHOICE IN ANY ELECTION IS A GOOD THING. Bonny will run a clean and fair campaign. She respectfully requests you NOT succumb to the drama. This is a hobby and it's just for fun.

Bonny's enthusiasm for the breed is irresistible. Win or lose, she will continue to work with and promote the Aristocrat of the Fancy.
